V is For Volcano Tuff Spot A-Z Blog Hop

So im taking part in the Tuff Spot A-Z Challenge for Adventures of Adam.
We have chosen the letter V for Volcano.
This is a great activity to get invloved in and I remember doing this science class at school.
Its fairly easy to prepare and you probably have everything you need in you cupboard.
We went for a dinosaur theme with our Volcano.
You will need:
A plastic bottle covered in playdough (you could make this out of papier mache)
½ cup white vinegar
¼ dish soap
1 tsp red food colouring (or a colour of your choice)
1 tsp glitter (optional)
1 tbsp bicarb soda
Mix together the vinegar, dish soap, food colouring and glitter and pour this into the bottle.
Add 1 tbsp of bicarb soda and watch the magic happen.
We found this went on for ages, and if you wish for it to continue just add more vinegar and bicarb.
While we were playing Evie was making doinosaur noises and pretended they were running away from the volcano.
Of course after the volcano ahd finished we had hours of fun with the lentils and of course the dinosaurs needed a lentil bath.
